RETURNS: Before returning any item, please write to us with full details at returns@deadlygirlcouture.com. We will reply promptly regarding the problem. Please note we do not accept returns or exchanges on intimates or items that have been washed or worn. If you should return any purchase, please include a copy of the invoice with your return. Items returned without insurance are the responsibility of the purchaser. We do not accept C.O.D. packages. Please include a note giving us instructions for handling the return (examples: exchange, refund, etc.) Return postage is refunded only when defective merchandise is returned or when we have made an error.
